The scarecrow contest returned to the 2nd Annual Dunellen HarvestFest on Sunday, October 12. This year there were eight entries including a monster, Webelos scout, and a bridesmaid. It was the witches, however, who were the day’s winners. Members of the Dunellen Downtown Management Organization which organized the event, chose the winners of the two main categories.
