Two Middlesex County women were injured on Friday, February 24 when their vehicles collided during the evening’s rush hour. The accident occurred at 5:37 PM at the intersection of First Street and North Washington Avenue. According to Dunellen Police Sergeant Jeffrey Del Buono, a Dunellen resident driving a 2013 Hyundai, east on First Street failed to stop at the stop sign on First Street and North Washington Avenue. An Edison resident driving south on North Washington Avenue in a 2016 Subaru collided into the Hyundai.
