Students from the fourth and fifth grades sing at Faber School's annual Summer Concert.
On May 3, Faber Elementary School held a concert that showcased talents of the fourth and fifth grade chorus.
The concert, which focused on the theme of friendship, It included a mix of current and more traditional songs: “Rise” by Katy Perry, “Danny Boy” arranged by John Ringo, “We Believe in Music” by Teresa Jennings, and “Count on Me” by Bruno Mars. The featured soloists were Mary-Lou Espana and Gwendolynn Dubrow.
According to Michelle Gomes, Faber’s Vocal Music Director and coordinator of the concert, “All of the choir students did an amazing job. Their commitment to the weekly rehearsals and this concert shows how much they enjoy performing.”
