Spring Job Fair

More than 50 employers – in key employment sectors such as health care, technology, advance manufacturing, retail, hospitality, financial services and transportation logistics and distribution — will be on hand Wednesday, March 25, at a job fair hosted by the Middlesex County Office of Workforce Development.

The companies will recruit for various full-time positions at the fair to be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Woodbridge Community Center Roller Rink, 600 Main St., Woodbridge.

The event is being coordinated to assist Middlesex County residents who are unemployed or underemployed.

Businesses will conduct on-site interviews while seeking qualified candidates for the job openings that exist within their organizations. Job seekers are encouraged to bring an ample supply of resumes and to be dressed to impress.

The Office of Workforce Development hosts several job fairs throughout Middlesex County each year. In addition, the office also organizes monthly employer recruitments at its offices on 550 Jersey Ave. in New Brunswick and at 161 New Brunswick Ave. in Perth Amboy.

The Spring Job Fair is co-sponsored by the Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders, New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development and the Township of Woodbridge.

Businesses that would like to participate in the job fair can contact the Office of Workforce Development at 732-745-3970.
