Join Boy Scout Troop 119 as they host their inaugural chili cook-off contest and dinner on Sunday, Feb. 23 from 2 to 6 p.m at American Legion Post 119, 137 New Market Rd. in Dunellen.
Chili Dinner menu – Troop 119’s favorite chili, salad, cornbread and beverage. The cost is $8 for adults, $7 seniors, $6 for veterans and $5 for children under 10-years-old. Baked goods and beverages will be sold by Venturing Crew 119. Each guest will vote for best chili recipe in the Dinner Guest Category from over 24 recipes.

Whether your choice to compete or eat, come inside from the February chill and enjoy a hot bowl of delicious chili, light music, 50-50 raffle, raffle baskets and good company.
The proceeds from this event will help the troop to continue to provide a quality Scouting program, supplement summer camp costs and provide financial support for families who can’t afford activity costs and uniforms.
